The Philippine Science High School Southern Mindanao Campus commends its faculty member DR. JOSE MARI E. ORTEGA for graduating from Central Mindanao University with the degree Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences major in Mathematics Education.

His dissertation is entitled “Harmonic Centrality and Centralization of Some Graph Families and Graph Products with Module Development for High School Students” with his adviser Dr. Rolito G. Eballe.
