In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Philippine Science High School-Southern Mindanao Campus through its Bids and Awards Committee invite suppliers to participate in the negotiated procurement for the project, PURCHASE OF PASSENGER VAN in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

 

The Approved Budget for this Contract is  One Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand (P1,650,000.00) Pesos.

 

The schedule of bidding activities is stated below:

  1. Issuance and availability of documents –  September 26 - October 3, 2018
  2. Negotiation Conference –  October 2, 2018 @ 1:00-2:30PM
  3. Submission and opening of Technical and Financial requirements – October 3, 2018 @ 1:00PM
  4. Bid Evaluation  – October 4, 2018 @ 1:00PM
  5. Presentation of Post-Qualification – October 9, 2018 @ 3:00PM

The venue for the Negotiation Conference and Bid Opening will be at the PSHSSMC Executive Board Room, Administration Building.

 

Invited bidders shall be issued with the negotiation documents upon presentation of the letter of intent to negotiate and upon payment of a non- refundable fee in the amount of Five Thousand (P 5,000.00) Pesos through the Bids and Awards Committee of the Philippine Science High School Southern Mindanao Campus, Sto. Niño, Tugbok District, Davao City, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, except Holidays.

 

The PSHS-SMC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the procurement process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
