Five Pisay SMC students won first place in the recently concluded Division-Wide Mathematics Fair - Math Quiz Event held last November 8, 2016 at Kapitan Tomas Monteverde Elementary School.
The folloing students who emerged as winners in the private school category include:
Grade 7 Maria Leianna Yutig (1st place)
Grade 8 Gabriel Soriano (1st place)
Grade 9 Christopher John Tanilon (1st place)
Grade 10 Lorems Yrol Pedeglorio (1st place)
Grade 11 Dann Lawrence Llabore (1st place)
These students, together with their coaches, Ms. Faith Joy Cutanda (Grade7), Mr. Jose Mari Ortega (Grade 8), Ms. Cola Jane Baguio (Grade 9), Mr. Harold Soriano (Grade 10), and Mr. Bryan Ocumen (Grade 11), will compete in the 14th National Science Quest on February 3-5, 2017 at the Teachers' Camp, Baguio City.
