The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL SYSTEM - SOUTHERN MINDANAO CAMPUS  intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS  ONLY (P 580,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to pay for the Project:  Construction of stairway connecting Acad I and Acad II Buildings.

TERMS OF REFERENCE:

Proposals beyond the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Proposals.The budget for the above project shall be sourced from the 2020 General Appropriation Act (GAA) of Philippine Science High School Southern Mindanao Campus under Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) for Calendar Year 2020.

The PSHS-SMC now invites qualified providers to submit price quotations for the above project with the following:
I. SPECIFICATIONS
1.1 Location: The prospective projects shall be located along Sto. Niño, Tugbok District, Davao City.
1.2 Project: Construction of stairway connecting Acad I and Acad II Building
 (See attachment of Scope of work, plan, bill of quantities, proposal form and checklist)
1.3 The duration of the contract shall be 45 calendar days.

II. BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
II.1 The procurement process will be conducted pursuant to Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
II.2 The providers'/contractors' proposal shall be submitted in one sealed envelope with two (2) copies containing the following:
First envelope: Technical components:
(1) PhilGEPS Registration number
(2) Mayors Permit
(3) PCAB license
(4) Income/Business Tax Return (Form 1701)
(5) Omnibus Sworn Statement

Second envelope: Financial components
(1) Proposal Form
(2) Bill of Quantities
(3) Detailed Cost of Estimate
II.3 The deadline for submission of duly accomplished financial documents will be on May 15 at 9:00am. Such documents shall be opened at the presence of the providers/contractors or their representatives who choose to attend. Since the situation is abnormal, the BAC shall open the proposals via videoconferencing. Should the provider wish to participate, it is requested that the provider shall inform the BAC Secretariat the day before the scheduled opening so that a link will be furnished to the provider.

II.5  PSHSSMC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, to annul the procurement process, and to reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected provider(s)/contractor(s).
