Ms. Levine PoralanPSHS SMC Joins the Nation in Celebrating the Development Policy Research Month
Pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation No. 247, s. 2022 declaring the month of September every year as Development Policy Research Month, the PSHS-SMC encourages the entire community to join the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) in celebrating the importance of promoting sound and responsive research policy in accelerating nation-building, post-pandemic.
Aptly themed “#CloseTheGap: Accelerate Post-pandemic Recovery through Social Justice,” the month-long celebration aims to highlight the importance of post-pandemic recovery plan in the areas of human capital development and social protection, public health services and infrastructure, and environmental resilience.
Interested members of the community are invited to register and join the free public policy webinar series to be streamed live on the PIDS Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/PIDS.PH) on September 13, 15, 20, and 22, 2022. The Philippine Science High School Southern Mindanao Campus commends its faculty member DR. JOSE MARI E. ORTEGA for graduating from Central Mindanao University with the degree Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences major in Mathematics Education.
His dissertation is entitled “Harmonic Centrality and Centralization of Some Graph Families and Graph Products with Module Development for High School Students” with his adviser Dr. Rolito G. Eballe.
